About our unconventional methods...
The reason you haven't had any success with meditation in the past is because you've jumped into the deep end without first learning how to swim. I teach Krama style, which is a Sanskrit word meaning progressive. You'll start with a guided meditation because it is the easiest way to stay present. Each week you'll progress toward witnessing your own thoughts without any prompts. Krama style makes it simple for you to progress, because you start by building the foundation and then you have the option to stay with the foundation or continue building.

Join Learn to Meditate. I don't mean to be cold when I say that, it's just that LTM was made for you. You need to learn HOW to anchor to the present moment and develop the awareness to recognize and the focus to redirect your attention.

How much time does it take to work through the lessons each week?
Learn to Meditate will require daily self-practice and devotion. You will need to carve out 15-30 minutes a day for practice and 10-15 minutes a week for the audio lesson.

How do I access the course and how long will I have access to the content?
Learn to Meditate is completely online and self-paced. The program is hosted on an online platform where you create your own account and work through the lessons at your own pace. You will have lifetime access to the lessons inside.

Do I have to attend the sessions live or will they be recorded?
Learn to Meditate is completely online and self-paced. If you don't work well without scheduled classes to keep you accountable then LTM isn't for you and I suggest you look at the studio schedule for live classes.

5 methods covered in LTM...
Visualization
Includes a mp3 downloadable guided meditation. Visualization is the perfect style of meditation for beginners because it doesn't require you to turn off your thoughts. In fact, you will focus on your thoughts, consciously altering your thoughts to create a point of focus.
Breath work
This module on pranayama (yogic breath work) covers various breathing exercises that anchor you to the present moment, so that you have something to return to when you get distracted.
Yogic
This module will be exceptionally helpful if you struggle to get through a seated meditation because you just can't sit that long. Moving meditation is a great practical skill that you can easily transfer beyond your meditation practice to create more mindfulness in your everyday life.
Tantric
The tantric meditations that you'll explore in this module are sound meditations, chanting mantras as a point of focus and also as an anchor to the present moment.
Buddhist
Finally, the buddhist witness meditation. The classic seated like a monk void of thought meditation. This module will prepare you for stilling the mind and how to clear thoughts when then arise.
